[Em análise]The OR operator doesn´t work

I tried a very simple strategy in GBPCAD, timeframe H4 and backtested between 01.01.2018 - 31.12.2018

Buy condition in candle1 : RSI1 > Level1 OR RSI1 < LEVEL2

But nothing happend. If the condition is only buy if RSI1 > Level1 it worked.

Also if RSI1 < LEVEL2 . . .
